Community Guidelines

Our community is about love and acceptance of each other. Everyone here is welcome exactly as they are.

These guidelines help us keep it that way. If anything here ever doesn’t feel right, email [email protected].

  1. We support each other. Share what’s helped you, along with encouragement and ideas. Offer them gently, as “here’s what worked for me”, and let each person decide what’s right for them. Everyone here has something to give, and helping each other is part of how we each see our own value.
  2. We meet each other without judgment. Everyone arrives from a different place. There’s no shaming, mocking or put-downs here.
  3. We keep it safe. No harassment, intimidation, discrimination or unwanted romantic attention. If anything makes you uncomfortable, tell us. If you’re not sure whether to, please do anyway.
  4. What’s shared here stays here. Please don’t screenshot, record or repeat anything members share, or say who’s here. You’re always free to talk about your own experience.
  5. We look after ourselves and each other. If you’re sharing something heavy, add a short note at the start, so others can choose when to read it. This isn’t a crisis service. If you or someone else is at risk, contact your local emergency service, then let us know.
  6. We don’t sell. Please don’t promote your own work or other groups here, even if you’re a coach yourself.
  7. Members only. This space is for people currently in the program. If you think someone shouldn’t be here, let us know.
  8. We speak up. Questions, ideas or concerns are always welcome. Email us any time at [email protected].

If a guideline is broken

We’ll usually talk with you first. Serious breaches, such as harassment or sharing someone’s private information, may mean removal straight away, in line with section 17 of our Terms and Conditions.

Thank you for being part of this. You’re what makes it a safe place to grow.
